We believe the best beef comes from a deep respect for animals and the land they graze on. That’s why we source from regenerative farms that work with nature, not against it. From open pasture to proper air-dried biltong, everything we make starts with better beef.

Better than 'Grass fed'

Grass-fed is a good start — but our cattle go further. Raised on regeneratively managed Devon pasture, they roam freely year-round, eating a diverse range of grasses and plants. No grain finishing, no feedlots, no shortcuts. The result is beef with a richer flavour, better fat profile, and a cleaner conscience.

The craft that honours the beef

Our biltong recipe is rooted in South African tradition — the same technique that's been used to preserve and intensify beef for generations.

The cut

We use only specific cuts suited to biltong — chosen for the right texture and fat marbling. Each piece is hand-trimmed to our exact specification. No offcuts, no compromise.

The cure

Rubbed with our spice blend — vinegar, salt, and spices. The cure penetrates the meat over time, developing depth of flavour before drying even begins.

The air-dry

Air-dried in small batches — not heat-blasted in an industrial oven. This is the traditional South African method, and it's non-negotiable. Time and airflow, not shortcuts.

The result

Big flavour. Great texture without the chewiness of jerky. Nothing hidden. Just great beef, simple spices and slow air-drying — made with care from start to finish.

Stumbled upon their Garlic & Black Pepper Biltong in a deli. Hadn’t heard of the brand before but as a South African I needed to give it a try and see if it was any good.

After I had eaten it I couldn’t believe how tasty it was and it felt as though I was back home for just a moment! Will definitely be buying more if I see it around in the future

I was a bit lost for a gluten free snack & stumbled across a stall at an event. Tasted the blend with chorizo & had to stop myself buying 10 because I had a small bag. It was absolutely delicious & I keep telling anyone who eats meat about it!! It’s sugar free & tastes better than any other brand I’ve tried! Amazing product, & lovely owners! Will definitely buy again!

Hands down the best Biltong I have ever tasted (and believe me I have tried quite a few). I ordered the Curry flavour and the Garlic/pepper flavour, it is so fresh and authentic. Credit where credit is due!
